Spa Body Regimes

Mild Treatment Routine for the body
  • Add 1-4 handfuls of Spa Magik Bath Salts to a warm bath.
  • Use Dead Sea Spa Magik Refreshing Bath Shower Gel to cleanse skin or add a small amount under running tap. 
  • Soak for 20 minutes. 
  • Rinse with clear water and pat dry. 
  • Apply Spa Magik Silky Smooth Body Lotion or Spa Magik Organiks Triple Oil Shea Body Butter, using twice daily for dry skin.
  
Therapeutic Treatment Routine for excessive dryness, aches and pains
  • Dissolve 500g - 1kg of Spa Magik Bath Salts in a lukewarm bath. 
  • Soak for 20 minutes. 
  • Rinse with clear water and pat dry. 
  • Apply Spa Magik Skin Softener paying particular attention to dry areas. 
  • Use Spa Magik Salt Brushing once a week paying particular attention to dry patches such as elbows and knees, follow with Spa Magik Skin Softener on problem areas and Spa Magik Organiks Triple Oil Shea Body Butter all over the body. 
  
Salt Brushing Treatment for dry skin, sluggish circulation, removing toxins and dull skin 
  • Take a handful of salt paste and starting from the feet, gently apply to the whole of your body using circular brushing strokes, concentrating on dry or rough areas. 
  • Using Spa Magik Refreshing Bath Shower Gel rinse off paste making sure that all the salt is removed from your skin. 
  • Towel dry and apply Spa Magik Silky Smooth Body Lotion liberally to the whole of your body using light massaging movements.
  
 Sleep Therapy Regime 
  • Run a bath and add 2-4 handfuls of Deep Sleep Lavender Bath Salts. 
  • Soak for 20 minutes, letting the mind and body wind down.
  • To remove dry skin, you can mix up Deep Sleep Lavender Bath Salts with 6-Oil Super Serum or Triple Oil Shea Body Butter to make a salt scrub. Carefully cup the product in your hand and rub over your body. 
  • After bathing, pat your skin dry.
  • Apply a few droplets of 6-Oil Super Serum directly to the skin- face and body and massage in well. A great overnight anti-ageing serum. 
  • Apply a drop to each pulse point and gently massage- the organic lavender Oil will help induce sleep.
  • Wind down- your body needs time to shift into sleep mode.
 Moisture Therapy Regime 
  • To remove dry skin, you can mix up Deep Sleep Lavender Bath Salts with Triple Oil Shea Body Butter to make a salt scrub. Carefully cup the product in your hand, rub over your body then rinse.
  • Massage Triple Oil Shea Body Butter into your skin- be generous!  Best to use after a bath or shower. 
  • Don't forget your hands and feet! These are areas often neglected...
Muscle Therapy Regime
  • Run a bath and add 2-4 handfuls of Ache Away Eucalyptus Bath Salts. 
  • Soak for 20 minutes, letting the mind and body wind down. The organic Eucalyptus oil vapour will help to clear airways and ease cough and cold symptoms. Dead Sea minerals work together to soothe aching muscles and joints fast, and the heat from the bath will increase circulation and provide a soothing effect on the body.
  • After bathing pat your skin dry.
  • Massage Triple Oil Shea Body Butter into your skin, paying particular attention to sore areas. This will help relax the muscles, as well as deeply hydrate and nourish your skin. Chill out on your sofa or bed, unwind and have a good night's rest.
